The eVisa Thailand or eTA Thailand is an electronic travel authorization which will allow citizens of eligible countries to enter Thailand mainly for tourism purposes.

For the time being, the eVisa Thailand will become available for citizens of France, China, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates at the end of 2018.Citizens from one of the above countries holding a valid passport will be able to apply for a Thailand online visa and will be able to travel in Thailand for 30 days or more.

In 2019, more countries are expected to form part of the list of eligible countries for Thailand visa online application.
